Ciprofloxacin + Trimethoprim
Ciprofloxacin + Trimethoprim is a combination medication used to treat various infections caused by susceptible organisms. Ciprofloxacin is bacterial topoisomerase inhibitor while Trimethoprim exerts antimicrobial activity by blocking the reduction of dihydrofolate to tetrahydrofolate, the active form of folic acid, by susceptible organisms.
